I would love to hear from you

My quest for deeper meaning in everything has been lifelong. From the time I was a little girl I was a seeker. As an adult I started a career in an extremely demanding, high stress, competitive market that lead to overwhelm, stress, anxiety, burnout and general dissatisfaction with life. I knew I was my happiest when I was on a path of learning and growing, yet I still had to pay the bills and put food on the table. I started exploring methods to achieve more balance in my life.

When we are stressed, overwhelmed or feeling anxious it affects us in all areas, and our life quickly gets out of balance.
My story may be like yours. I was working in a career that was high stress, high pressure and in a very competitive market. I was working every day of the week, sometimes 20 hours a day. My clients called me seven days a week sometimes even in the middle of the night. They expected me to constantly be available to them at all times and it created a constant underlying sense of anxiety that would not go away. I never had any time that I knew was "my" time where I wouldn't be interrupted with work. Even when I would go out of town or leave the country on vacation the calls, texts and emails kept coming and people expected a response. I would be working when I was supposed to be relaxing and renewing. It is no surprise this lead to total burnout. However, it also led to intense anxiety. I started having panic attacks, I developed skin irritations, I was crying every day and I fell into depression. I saw no way out of the painful pressure of work, and the constant stress and anxiety that I was feeling. I knew I could not live like this and I wasn't going to let it kill me. Even as I write this part of me feels like I should have been able to handle it, but we are all human and everyone has their breaking point.
I started reading, researching and taking classes to better understand the effects of stress and anxiety on the body and to find proven, successful techniques for eliminating it. I was a woman on a mission to find answers and to gain my joy and my life back!
I will share with you what I have learned and what has worked for me.
There are pathways back to living a joyful, abundant, healthy, rewarding, fulfilled and balanced life!
