10-Week Meditation Course

This is a private course and can be started at any time on your schedule. I will personally guide you through each of the weeks as you learn and apply a new type of meditation each week. We will have weekly one to one, 30-minute phone or skype sessions to take you through each of the 10 different meditation practices. By the end of the 10 weeks you will have found your best meditation style and practice. A workbook is included to go along with the course.
